Polk County Born and Raised
Bob Grode was born and raised in Polk County, where he attended Medulla Elementary School, Lakeland Highlands Junior High School and graduated from Kathleen High School. In 1994, Bob married his best friend Lori, and they live in Auburndale with three beautiful children.
Bob Grode began his private law practice in 1997. Bob is Board Certified, considered by the Florida Bar an expert in evidence and procedure. Expertise in evidence and procedure is important for a judge every day. In addition, Bob serves on the Tenth Circuit Mediation Committee, is a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and is a trained Arbitrator.
A Proven Community Leader
While practicing law for more than 18 years, Bob and his wife Lori have been actively involved in our community. Bob is Cubmaster for Pack 514 in Lakeland and heavily involved in the Lakeland Bar Association (Executive Board), Lighthouse Homeschoolers in Lakeland, Homegrown 4H Club, Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce (Board of Directors), Leadership Winter Haven Alumni Association and the Polk Education Partnership. Bob is an Elder in the Presbyterian Church and regularly teaches Sunday School and Church programs.
