Coker B. Cleveland was born and bred in Calhoun County, raised up in the White Plains area. His daddy was Head Couch and Father of the White Plains High School Football Program, where Coker excelled both on and off the field. Coker later took his talents to UAB, where he played fullback from 1993-1996, a Three-Year Letter-Winner, and found his inspiration to return to a childhood dream: practicing law as an attorney.

Coker attended Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, where he was elected and served as Article Editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, as well as Vice-President for the Student Bar Association. Coker was a Finalist in Cumberland's Peterson Trial Competition, and won numerous scholarships and writing awards, and graduated in the top 20 percent of his class.

Coker has over twenty years of legal experience, almost exclusively in State Circuit Courts, both Criminal and Civil. Coker has practiced as Lead Counsel on multiple Jury Trials. Coker's knowledge of the Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, and Evidence can stand toe-toe-toe against any Lawyer or Judge in Alabama!

Coker has a daughter, Savannah, who is the Light of His Life!
