Bill Spinney graduated college from California State University, Fullerton in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. He worked as an Engineer and Business Manager for almost 25 years in the tech industry. A creative and problem solving individual, he intends to bring this skill set to Congress to help provide new solutions for the People.
