First elected to Sebastopol City Council in 2016, Neysa is running for a second four-year term on the Sebastopol City Council. Having served as both a former Mayor and Vice Mayor is her first term, she is excited to spend another four years as an elected official contributing to her hometown.
In her role, Neysa serves on various sub-committees including; Locals Who Make a Difference, Budget Sub-Committee, CalPERS and Park Village. She represents Sebastopol on the Russian River Watershed and Mayor's and Councilmembers' Assoc. of Sonoma County Legislative Committee. Additionally, Neysa serves by appointment of the Mayor and Councilmembers' Assoc. as a representative on the Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District Advisory Committee. Neysa also serves by appointment of 5th District Supervisor Lynda Hopkins to the Sonoma County Fair Board of Directors
