Joe Miller was born and raised in West Haven, CT, and is the youngest brother of two. As a lifelong Democrat and adept learner, Joe became an active community member, participating in various Democratic causes, as well as volunteer organizations. Joe currently works as a Supply Chain & IT Consultant in Milford.
