Paul Rolli grew up in Verona, New Jersey. Working his way through college, he graduated from Rider University with a bachelor’s degree in commerce. Soon after, Paul began a distinguished 37 year career with the U.S. Department of Treasury. As a top executive, he learned to lead and inspire people and to think strategically.

Paul and his partner of 20 years, William Bennett Quade, bought a house and made Wilton Manors their home ten years ago. Upon his retirement in 2010, Paul immediately became involved with the community in Wilton Manors. Incorporating his commitment to service with his financial expertise, Paul contributed his time and talents to benefit all Wilton Manors residents and many non-profits as well.

Paul serves as the president of the Central Area Neighborhood Association of Wilton Manors (CANA), as past chair of the Wilton Manors City Budget Review Committee, as a director of the Wilton Manors Taste of the Island, and is on the senior advisory council and finance committee of the Pride Center at Equality Park. Paul is a member of the Wilton Manors Historical Society, the Westside Neighborhood Association, the East Neighborhood Association, SunServe, the Stonewall National Museum and Archives, Our Fund, the AIDS Museum, and the Gay Men’s Chorus of South Florida. Paul took the lead on the creation of the Richardson Park Carriage House Fundraising Event and hosted an event for the Police National Night Out Against Crime.

In May 2016, Paul became the first-ever recipient of the Wilton Manors Community Affairs Advisory Board’s Community Spirit Award, for outstanding dedication to the community through civic and charitable volunteer service. The Broward County Commission also recognized Paul for his service.
