I was born and raised in Greenfield, where I have lived my entire life. Attending both public and private schools I ultimately graduated in 2000 from Greenfield High School. Following graduation, I acquired a management role in the family communications business and subsequently opened a retail cellular phone store in Greenfield in 2001.
In the summer of 2000 I was elected to a 3-year seat on the then 27-member Town Council. Over the next 6 terms I served Greenfield in many roles including Council President, Vice-President, Chairman of the Ways & Means, Appointments & Ordinances and Community Relations subcommittees. Additionally, I also currently serve as Deputy Director of Emergency Management for the city and as the current Council President’s appointee to numerous ad-hoc committees.
In years past, I served as chair of the 2010 Charter Review Committee, Capital Improvement Committee, a Mayoral appointee to the Zoning Board of Appeals, a Greenfield Fire Department call force member, and coach of the girls junior varsity and varsity soccer program at Greenfield High School.
In addition to my service to the City of Greenfield, I am a proud partner to Danielle and father to my young daughter Lily. I am Currently a member of the Loyal Order of Moose (Lodge 997), a certified EMT, graduate of the MCJTC part time intermittent reserve police academy and hold several professional licenses.
