Carlton D. Clyburn Jr. currently serves as City Council President and is a 4th generation Highland Parker whose actions speak louder than words who believes in the HP4Life motto of life-long Highland Parkers and is raising his family here, working for the City and operating businesses and non-profits in the City. President Clyburn brings a multitude of educational accomplishments, business development expertise and community organizing/activism to the table.
