I care deeply about the community in District 10. I grew up in this community and have resided in Swanzey for the past 21 years. I served as a Winchester Police Officer for 4 years, worked as a Security Officer at Cheshire Medical center for 8 years and I have successfully operated my own construction business over the past 7 years. I have seen the hardships people have faced with drug and alcohol addiction, the limited resources police departments and first responders have to fight the opioid epidemic, the lack of programs that are available for mental health patients and recovering drug addictions.
I also support our veteran's and just finished the 2018 Tough Ruck. The Tough Ruck is a group of military and civilians whose sole purpose is to Ruck in honor and in memory of our Fallen Service Members, Police, Firefighters and EMTs, while raising funds to support military families in times of need. My team, Team 2/22 Infantry, lead by local veteran Matt Primrose, raised over $77,000 for this great cause.
I also have my bachelor's degree in Legal Studies and I am in my first year of law school at Taft Law School. I have 3 children currently attending Monadnock Regional High School.
"I am here to listen to all of the concerns the people of district 10 have, and to help come up with a strong approach to overcome the obstacles we face. This election isn't about Democrats or Republicans, its about people" -Dan LeClair
