I was born and raised in Montgomery County, TN. I have worked for the Montgomery County Highway Department (MCHD) for 23 years, 13 of those years I was a foreman over construction and maintenance. I supervised all paving projects completed by MCHD between 2007 and 2015, and operated the paver for the majority of the projects.
