Rico Cortez Dukes born August 26 1979 in Shreveport Louisiana he was raised by Robert Charles Dukes and Teretha Merritt He is the only biological child of Dr Huey P Newton who was the Founder and leader of the 1966 Black Panthers Party for Self Defense he also ran for congress.
