Challenger Pepper Mcfarland is running for State House District 33 in North Pole, Alaska. Election day is November 3, 2026.
I have lived in Alaska for 22+ years, 16 of them in North Pole. I am a teacher, an avid outdoors person, and a dog owner. I am here to give the citizens of House District 33 a choice.
I believe the citizens of the North Pole area deserve a choice. A choice that will give them a new voice in Juneau. I am an independent thinker who listens to what people have to say, takes into account what is important to the people I serve, and will work hard to help improve the lives of the people I work for.
Top priorities for me include: energy costs, access to health care, taxation, and consistent skills based education.
I am running as undeclared. That is what I have been my entire voting life because I just don't fit into any of the boxes. I think for myself and make my voting based on my values: honesty, responsibility, and community
