Kenneth LeBlanc

Kenneth LeBlanc is a retired leader, community advocate, and Founder/CEO of The LeBlanc Foundation. He is running for Enterprise City Council – District 2 to bring full-time availability, hands-on leadership, and proven community service to the role. With advanced degrees in Business Administration and Information Technology/Project Management, Kenneth has led local initiatives in education, emergency response, and civic engagement. He is committed to improving basic city services, supporting families and seniors, and making District 2 a model for the city.
