I am a wife, a mother of four, and a proud grandmother. I hold a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a master’s degree in counseling, and for years I have worked closely with families, listening to their struggles, celebrating their victories, and helping them find their footing. My life’s work has been about people — understanding them, supporting them, and standing beside them when it matters most.
Leadership, to me, is not about position. It is about responsibility. It is about showing up consistently, doing the hard work, and remaining grounded in integrity. I believe in preparation. I believe in steady hands. I believe in honoring the lessons of the past while building wisely for the future.
