Hello, District 2 Neighbors and Friends,
It has been my great honor that the Torrance City Council appointed me as your councilmember. This opportunity allowed me to deepen my commitment to our community and contribute to the city I love.
In 2005, I started on this journey of public service, working with the Torrance Police Department. Subsequently, as chair of the Civil Service Commission, I helped develop and govern policies for our city employees.
Currently, I work as the Manager of Homeland Security at the Port of Long Beach, where I help to protect our largest port of entry and the security of our nation. In that position, I utilize my master’s degree and certifications in security operations, criminal intelligence, crisis and emergency management, and human resources.
As your Torrance City Councilmember, I prioritize public safety services, fortifying the city's finances, and developing and improving exceptional city services for our residents. By addressing issues such as crime, overdevelopment, homelessness, and plane noise, I continue to defend and protect your quality of life.
I will continue listening to you and taking action on the issues you care about. I respectfully ask for your vote on March 5th.
