Linda Menges
Incumbent Linda Menges is running for Las Virgenes School Board in Westlake Village, California. The election was held on November 5, 2024.
I have been a member of the Las Virgenes School Board since 2015. It has been an honor to serve our community. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time on the board and the chance to be a part of expanding options and opportunities to meet the diverse interests of our students. I am running for re-election to the LVUSD School Board for four main reasons:
1) I want to continue the work of creating excellent opportunities for our students to be successful well-rounded individuals.
2) I want to continue to advocate for additional funding at the federal, state and local levels to enhance revenues. LVUSD has a proven track record of receiving grants to support our programs.
3) I want to continue the work of the school district to expand programs to support the diversity of our students,
4) I want to continue to expand safety and security measures for our students and employees.
I am married, have 6 children that all graduated from LVUSD schools and 2 grandchildren
