Josue Otero

Josue Otero is a Marine Corps veteran running for Cocoa City Council, District 4. He aims to serve the local community just as he served the country. He brings strong leadership and listening skills and a willingness to engage with community members on important issues. Josue is running for City Council because he believes Cocoa should remain a city where residents are heard, neighborhoods are safe, and growth is managed responsibly.
