James Clark is a 4th generation native of Fleming/Mason counties. He is a local business owner. He was previously the 3rd District Constable in Fleming County. He has a drive to give back to the community, help others and volunteer in time of need. Mr. Clark volunteered in Western Kentucky during the aftermath of the tornado, he also has helped in Eastern Kentucky with the aftermath of the floods.
