I am a business and engineering-degreed leader with open-minded global experience and sensitivity. Andover government spending and property taxes have risen much faster than inflation without sufficient explanation to residents and proof that money is well-spent and delivering priority results. Intensely curious and an avid learner, I will ask tough questions and respectfully challenge assumptions so that Andover taxpayers are fully informed, can fully participate in Town decision making, and get the effective Town services their taxes and expectations deserve.
