Kelly Ward

Kelly Ward is a 40 year resident of St. Joseph County and a dedicated family woman. Kelly Ward has been an attorney since 2011 and a judicial officer (attorney referee) since 2021. As a judicial officer, Kelly handles numerous hearings in the area of domestic relations, juvenile delinquency, and child protective proceedings. Kelly has experience as a guardian ad litem in probate court adult, child, and developmentally disabled guardianships and conservatorships. Kelly has represented adults, the elderly, and veterans in involuntary mental health proceedings, and has drafted and administered numerous estate plans.
