Challenger Bob Dorries is running for Webster Groves School Board in Webster Groves, Missouri. The election was held on April 5, 2022.
Robert E. (Bob) Dorries is the Band Director and Performing Arts Department Chairperson at McKinley Classical Leadership Academy High School and Middle School, a gifted magnet school in the St. Louis Public School District. Bob possesses a Master of Arts Degree in Education Administration from Lindenwood University, a Bachelor of Music Education Degree from Webster University, and an Associate of Communication Arts/Broadcasting Degree from St. Louis Community College. He holds Missouri administrative certifications as Secondary Principal (Grades 7-12) and Elementary Principal (Grades K-8) as well as Missouri lifetime teaching certifications in K-12 Instrumental Music and Gifted Education. He is a proud member of the American Federation of Teachers Union, St. Louis - Local 420 where he serves as the McKinley Building Steward and as a regional Vice-President on the Missouri American Federation of Teachers Executive Board. Bob is running for one of two open three-year positions on the Webster Groves School Board. The election is Tuesday, April 5th, 2022.
