Judge Frank Jones has enjoyed a daily presence in the courtrooms of southeastern North Carolina for 41 years-the first 33 years as a trial attorney and the last 8 years as elected Superior Court Judge. As Superior Court Judge, Frank has held court in twenty counties conducting over 90 jury trials in criminal and civil cases alike. Judge Frank Jones has had no trial reversed upon appeal due to legal error and has not been the subject of any disciplinary proceeding.
