Former Councilwoman Candace S. Hill served on Village Council for 9 years from 2016-2025. She served as Finance Committee Chair the last 2 years of her tenure. Since 2016, transparency, integrity, and compassion have remained her core values and guiding principles in decision-making and serving. She has lived in the Bedford City School District nearly her entire life and is an avid and active district volunteer supporting youth and families. Candace has done the work to continue building a strong, beautiful community that provides the premier quality of life residents expect. She will prioritize transparency, financial stability, community engagement, and teamwork to continue improving the community and delivering high-quality services to our residents.
