I was born in Winter Park, FL, and moved to Boynton Beach, FL when I was five (5) months old. After becoming a single mother of 4, I decided to return to school. I attended school full-time, worked 3 part-time jobs, and graduated top of my class. I received an associate degree in paralegal studies.
In 2001 I moved to Oklahoma where I met and married my husband Charles Arthur in 2003.
I have been a paralegal for 31 years with 19 of those being in Norman. Through my years as a paralegal, I have gained incredible knowledge and wisdom not only relating to drafting legal documents but also understanding how productive a well-run office can be. The importance of maintaining up-to-date files, and ensuring documents are quickly scanned, and uploaded to the proper file, both online and in the physical file. In addition to my legal background, I have worked in retail as a customer service clerk as well as holding a supervisory position. I know the importance of providing the best customer service possible.
