Charles A. Wilkins Jr.
Challenger Charles A. Wilkins Jr. is running as a Democratic for Councilman in Yeadon, Pennsylvania. The election was held on May 16, 2017.
A native of Philadelphia, Mr. Wilkins moved to Yeadon, PA, one year after his return from his deployment to overseas. Charles Wilkins is a consummated community-oriented and headstrong businessman who is also deeply rooted in his military career. In an effort to see his community thrive, he has offered several workshops and literary oratorical contests for area youth in partnership with Yeadon Library. Being raised in South West Philadelphia, he knows what it is like to be a survivor and eagerly wants to give back to his community through service.
