I am Phil Healy, a born-again Christian, a strong conservative Republican, a small business owner, a cancer survivor, retired Navy with 23 years of Naval service with assignments taking me through 32 countries, including 2 combat tours in the Iraq area, the son of a legal immigrant, with grandparents bringing my dad to America in the 1940's when he was 2! I fully support LEGAL immigration! We must finish building President Trumps wall and begin a mass deportation mission removing the millions of illegals Joe Biden let into our nation illegally. I am most likely the only congressional candidate in America that read the 1,012 page spending bill in March, 2024 that was passed in 1 day- it took me a week in a half to read through it. I will pledge to you to READ every single bill presented in congress! We have a spending problem in Congress! They don't read bills, and Our congress has not balanced a budget in 23 years, since 2001! We must get our financial house in order and end the insanity in Washington. Our reckless spending is the direct cause of the runaway inflation that is weakening the dollar and causing the prices on everyday goods to escalate causing you to spend more money! This American dream is slipping out of reach for many Americans due to the out-of-control spending! It is all about the budget- WE MUST BALANCE THE BUDGET! Send me to Washington as your voice and I will fight and oppose these ridiculous omnibus bills that are enriching foreign nations and the elites. I will work strategically and hard to bring Republicans together to work towards balancing the budget! Hopefully some moderate democrats get on board to help balance the budget and stop the wasteful spending on both sides of the aisle! I will also hold President Trump accountable to his 1st term pledge to NEVER sign another omnibus bill!
