Carrie Pfeiffer
Incumbent Carrie Pfeiffer is running as an Independent for Wilson County School Board Zone One in My. Juliet, Tennessee. The election was held on August 6, 2024.
As a former middle and high school teacher, I am passionate about the quality of education in Wilson County. I was educated here, returned here to raise my children, and feel called to give back to our community by using my understanding of the system to make sure that all students in Wilson County continue to receive the best education available in Tennessee. In order to do this I have focused on meeting the District’s ongoing needs for maintenance and upkeep on existing buildings, while also preparing new buildings and land for the tremendous growth that continues in Wilson County. I have also prioritized special needs students of all kinds, and have served many constituents by helping them to navigate the system. I have also made it a priority to improve pay and benefits for all Wilson County employees, in order to recruit and keep the best teachers available in the state.
