Fabiola H. Arellano

Fabiola H. Arellano is a candidate for El Paso City Council, District 3. Fabiola was born in El Paso and raised in District 3. Fabiola served two tours in the Army, and was commissioned a 2nd lieutenant in the NY National Guard. She received a B.S. in Legal Studies from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, and a M.S. in Accountancy from Baruch College. Fabiola has worked as an intelligence analyst, auditor, financial advisor, and attorney. She is ready to be a leader/servant and to use her leadership experience to better serve the residents of El Paso, Texas.
