Arthur Webb
Challenger Arthur Webb is running for California State Assembly, district 15 in Contra Costa County, California. Election day is November 3, 2026.
ArthurWebbAssembly.com I am running in the attempt to return balance and common sense to the California State government. One party control for decades has led to a government that thinks it makes its own decisions and can mandate lifestyles back onto the residents. For this purpose, the state budget has grown triple the inflation rate in 10 years. Massive transfers of money are being made to NGOs with doubtful oversite protections. The current budget has a $20 Billion shortfall, which is pushing widespread tax increases, including brand new types of taxes. The Governor has termed out. The statewide office holders (100% one party) are shuffling to other offices as they term out. The entire country is mocking California with their jungle primary and universal mail-in ballots without registration role cleanup. The state government has become focused on keeping one party power by whatever means necessary instead of its true role of serving the interests of the people. This has to stop. This can stop. This year. This election. Voter turnout is critical.
