Jeffrey received his degree in Funeral Service Education from Miami-Dade College and furthered his education in Political Science at St. Leo University. Jeffrey is a Funeral Director and Co-Owner of Ray Williams Funeral Home. Jeffrey community service consists of Executive Board of the Florida Morticians Association, Executive Board of Meals on Wheels of Tampa Bay, Former Board Member of West Tampa CRA, Former Board Member of Tampa Organization of Black Affairs and Trustee Board at Greater Bethel Missionary Baptist Church.
