Nikki Porcher is an Atlanta-based entrepreneur, community advocate and key voice on workforce and small business development boards. Her work focuses on creating fair labor systems, equitable opportunities, and stronger local economies through data-driven policy.

As the founder of a national entrepreneur support organization, Nikki has supported over 700 business owners, providing funding, training, and certification pathways that help them grow and hire within their communities. Since 2021, she’s helped business owners generate more than $6.12 million in revenue, demonstrating how community-centered initiatives can drive meaningful economic growth.

Nikki has always been focused on serving her community. She served in the U.S. Air Force, stationed at Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, GA and deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. She then served the Dekalb County School District as a teacher, and later went on to do community development work, where she connected families across Georgia to housing, resources, and job opportunities.

Nikki’s work across service, education, and business has always centered on the principle that when people have access to fair systems and real support, they thrive. Now, Nikki is running for Georgia Labor Commissioner to put people first, by protecting workers and ensuring the Department of Labor works for every community across the state.
