My top priority is to curb unsustainable growth by aligning development with our tax base, preventing excessive tax hikes that price out long-term residents. Residents need to be part of the process. I’ll ensure every voice is heard - I commit to staying at meetings as long as needed and removing restrictive time limits that silence our community. Finally, I’ll foster collaboration between the Select Board, school board, and Cumberland to deliver high-quality services at sustainable costs. As a former infantry NCO and current DoD contractor, I bring leadership and expertise in managing complex budgets to prioritize fiscal responsibility. We can protect North Yarmouth’s character while ensuring affordability, so families and long-term residents can continue to call it home. By bridging divides and listening to all, we build a stronger, more inclusive community that balances growth with the needs of its residents, ensuring opportunities for future generations without compromising our town’s unique identity.
