My name is James Bailey (R) and I am running for a seat on the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners. I am a retired Chief Deputy at the Cabarrus County Sheriff's Office and I am currently the Assistant Director of Campus Health, Safety, and Security at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College. I have a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from East Carolina University. I am also a graduate of the UNCC Public/Non-Profit Leadership Academy.
I want to use our tax dollars wisely to ensure that we can fund our schools, public safety, and all the things our citizens require to live happy and prosperous lives.
