As the founder and CEO of RiseUP Cooperative, Sandy has built an organization from the ground up that equips teens and young adults with critical life and leadership skills—reaching thousands across Hamilton County. She has created and led programs that deliver measurable impact in areas like job readiness, financial literacy, mental health, and leadership development—filling gaps that traditional systems often miss.
