His move to Kathmandu and later to Houston, Texas, over 20 years ago, has significantly shaped his worldview and dedication to public service.
Professionally, Adrian has a distinguished 14-year military tenure, where he served in various critical capacities, including military intelligence, Civil Affairs, and Psychological Operations. His strategic and leadership skills were further honed as a Headquarters Commander. Transitioning from military to civilian life, he continued his commitment to national security through roles at the National Security Agency (NSA) and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), focusing on cybersecurity, national defense, and digital targeting to safeguard against cyber threats. His expertise also extended to supporting all Combatant Commands (COCOMs) globally through involvement with the United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) and the Strategic Command (STRATCOM).
