A RECORD OF ACCOMPLISHMENT & FIGHTING THE "STATUS QUO"
This is the part where I’m supposed to cite my credentials and explain how I’ve yielded the experience and accomplishment that validates me as a distinguished gentleman, fit to serve. You can find my resume here
I am a registered Republican, but I would be lying if I said the California Republican Party always represents me. I am proud to say that I have been endorsed locally, by both the Republican Party HERE in the San Gabriel Valley and in San Bernardino County.
While there are some good Republicans fighting for us, many of the institutional politicians don’t seem to have done much of anything at all. They have a history of begging for a seat at the “cool kids” table. Stray too far from their status quo and you’re a problem for “them”. To get that Sacramento special interest money, they play nice with Democrats, do nothing at all and absolutely never rock the boat - otherwise the money stops flowing. Like fentanyl – they’re addicted to it.
I made some noise not too long ago, I did lead the effort to Recall Gavin Newsom - in fact, I put it on the ballot.
One of my biggest obstacles was ACTUALLY the California Republican Party. They told me not to try because it was too expensive. That it would fail.
They were AFRAID to look bad doing the right thing, much less spend money on it. I did it with some help from the good Republicans representing us and at some personal expense, but it didn’t cost me a fortune, just my time and ingenuity.
Now everyone has seen Newsom for who he is, the creepy thief who views wildfires that destroy lives as an opportunity for development. I understood that it had a low chance of success, but that didn’t stop me from caring about doing what I knew was right. It wasn’t easy to do. It absolutely required a lot of hard work to get it on the ballot.
I am still proud of that accomplishment.
