Ruth Carter

Mother of six adult children, grandmother to two boys here locally, and Momma Ruth to many more. My faith is the foundation of everything I do. I am not running for money and I am not running for a title. I am running to be useful, to be honest, and to hand our schools to the next generation in better shape than I found them. That includes my own grandchildren, nieces, and nephews who walk through those doors now or will soon. We need to find out why our students are falling short in reading and math, and then fix it. I am a solutions-based thinker, and I would be honored to earn your vote for the Placerville Union School District Board.
