I'm Bill Muenzberg, and I'm asking for your support to serve on the City Council because I care deeply about the future of our community. Excelsior deserves a future that thoughtfully balances progress with the heritage that makes our city special.
I've spent years serving our community on the Planning Commission, including as chair, where I worked to balance growth with preserving the character of our city. Professionally, I've spent more than 30 years in asset-based investment and finance, evaluating complex projects and making decisions with long-term consequences. Those experiences have taught me that good leadership isn't about saying yes or no to every proposal—it's about asking the right questions, weighing the facts, and making decisions that serve the entire community.
